HBO Pacquiao-Cotto 24/7 Episode 2
Once again HBO has released the 2nd episode of the Pacquiao vs Cotto pre-fight behind the scenes look on both camps. Again, the episode starts with the Pacman’s side of the story.
As before, Team Pacquiao was put in a bad light as the episode implies that the team is in disarray and that the Pacman is not at all focused in his training. Glimpses of the previous episode was shown where Pacquiao’s trainer Freddie Roach had a minor argument with Pacquiao on the training venue. The 2nd episode also shows his sparring partners taking control of him which implies his unfocused effort on the training at hand. But all these changes when the Pacman flew to LA for the last part of his training. The place had less distractions and Pacquiao was able to train and focus as his coach wanted.
On the other hand, Cotto’s camp is shown as hard-working and ready with the strategies and tactics needed to defeat the worlds pound for pound king. Coupled with family love and affection, this seems like the perfect recipe for a win. His camp is not without discord though as they have to go against the wishes of his uncle. This family “problem” do not seem like a distraction as Cotto has been focused on his training more than ever.
